Order Processing & Handling

• Processing Window: Orders containing ruler kits, pencil storage boxes, or reams of copy paper are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

• Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 3:00 PM (AEST) will begin processing on the following business day.

• Confirmation: You will receive an automated email containing your tracking information as soon as your parcel is handed over to the courier.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Delivery & Order Tracking

Once dispatched, your tracking number will allow you to follow your package online. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to populate within the carrier portal.

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days following dispatch, please reach out to Philippa Edmunds at [email protected] so we can initiate an inquiry with the postal carrier.

Address Verification & Corrections

Please double-check your complete delivery details prior to finalizing payment. We are unable to make address modifications once an order has left our warehouse. We cannot be held liable for delayed or lost shipments resulting from inaccurate addresses supplied during checkout.
