30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return window, which begins on the date your package is delivered to your designated address.

To qualify for a voluntary return, your items must satisfy the following conditions:

  • Ruler Sets & Geometry Kits: Must be unused, intact, and housed in their original protective casing or blister pack with no missing pieces.

  • Pencil Boxes: Must show no signs of usage, scratches, or wear, and include all original tags, inserts, or packaging.

  • Copy Paper: Must be entirely unopened in its original, sealed factory ream wrapper. Opened packages or partial reams cannot be accepted due to product integrity standards.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number, receipt, or email confirmation must accompany your request.

Items Exempt from Returns

To maintain fair pricing and high quality, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Items explicitly marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-Returnable at checkout.

  • Products returned in an unsealed or used condition (e.g., opened copy paper reams or ruler sets missing components).

  • Products damaged due to improper storage, mishandling, or intentional misuse post-delivery.

Step-by-Step Return Procedure

  1. Initiate Request: Contact our customer service lead, Philippa Edmunds, at [email protected]. Include your full name, order number, a brief explanation of the reason for return, and photographs if the item arrived damaged or defective.

  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your application within 24–48 hours. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with packing instructions.

  3. Dispatch Package: Securely package your products to prevent damage during transit. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

Note: Returns sent back without prior authorization via email will not be accepted or processed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Deliveries: If you receive a wrong product, broken ruler, crushed pencil box, or damaged paper reams, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable delivery fees upon verification.

  • Customer Choice / Change of Mind: If you elect to return an item due to personal preference, you will be responsible for the direct costs of return shipping. Shipping fees paid on original orders are non-refundable.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once your returned items arrive at our Queensland facility and pass quality inspection:

  • We will send an email notification confirming receipt and approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued directly to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

  • If you have not seen your refund after 10 business days, please check with your financial institution prior to contacting us, as processing timelines vary between payment providers.
